I read my horoscope today in the Athens News. It read about the usual ups and down of being a Gemini. I was led to believe that my day was going to be an emotionally rough one. This is a very vague statement of course. I'm not the usual type to read the horoscope everyday. At least I try not too. Well I can admit to reading at least one a week.
By the end of the reading I was given a challenge. This may be the best and worst of times a statement that can be applied to ages ago and to the day.
I was to write about 5 reasons that I am in company of the best of times. This list was not what a moody man like myself was in the mood for especially at work in the restaurant on a Monday afternoon. But none the less it was easy to write and so I will share with you, whomever if anyone reads my blog.

1) I could not ask for a better man.

2) I am alive, employed, sheltered and loved.

3) I have plans for my future with my man in my hand.

4) I'm at the highest title I have been in job feild.

5) The door to my mind is open.

I wish I could remember the name of the author from this quote. It was from quit some time ago. Possibly five hundred years ago or so.

    Vicariously.
     I hear a vibrating hum,
     It's the tone of the winter wind.
     Sounds like a passing plane,
     Maybe something else.
     I pull my passing thoughts tighter,
    Comfortingly closer.
     I know I'm not alone although sometimes I want to be.
     My instinct is a perfect map,

     a blueprint of exact expectations.
     Don't be scared. 

     Reach into the unknown, 

     and grab what I desire.
     I know love is by my side. 

     The unclear will uncloud. 

     Remember to smile more. 

     Enjoy when I'm swollen, and he who makes me so.
